In our region, Epirus, people believe in harmony of nature and human life. We choose to turn our backs to the modern industrial food and flavor processing. We continue the tradition and use recipes thousands of years old, producing naturally ripened olives, from our own olive groves. The cultivation of olives in Arta dates from ancient times, and in 1994 the olives of Arta were certified as a product of Protected Geographical Indication.
Olives are of exceptional nutritional value and are an integral part of the Mediterranean diet.
